When you go out from your home into public, you dress/equip for this occasion we call "Every Day Carry" (EDC). If you get activated for military duty, what you dress/equip with is for "War".
However, when you are home in COVID19 safety quarantine, you don't dress/equip for anything; most folks wear but a t-shirt and shorts as their Every Day Life (EDL) attire. Some sexy folks are naked in the privacy of their own homes or apartments.
IF--you are attacked in your home, this is what you will be wearing (not much) but need to VERY RAPIDLY--as in seconds--grab what you need for effective HOME DEFENSE (HD).
My conclusion as a man is to always wear a t-shirt on top and below, athletic sports stretch, boxer briefs that frankly, cover your privates and will not fall off. You can go outside your home in them and not be indecent.
Therefore, your HD system should be based on "Grab & Go" based on this clothing baseline that's always ready-to-go outsides if needed. If its winter months and don't want your Kombat Katz scratching your legs, you'll wear sweat pants over your boxers. TAN or GREEN sweats should be your indoor/outdoor 24/7/365 wear for effective camouflage without looking too war-like as camouflage colors would.

Selfphonecam as Defacto Walkie-Talkie Radio?
From a functional perspective, I use my selfphonecam with a constantly-appearing-security-code-request 50% to voice talk with people and the other 50% of the time for taking still pictures. If I should lose or hand-over my selfphonecam to a gun-pointing, thug, no private data will be lost unless the immoral creep has sophisticated hacking skills/tools.

Perhaps if you pierced your ear lobe you could gutted 550 paracord you could retention cord your BLUETOOTH ear piece so it doesn't fall out and get lost. Ugggh.

Could you indoors, comfortably wear a Sparks Forearm CellCam Holder 24/7/365?
Yes, you could; removing it for baths/showers hygiene. I just haven't found a greedy corporation to mass produce it for you to buy. I also oppose the selfphonecam dumbing-down of WE THE PEOPLE such that their minds are so saturated by DISinfo noise they can't think about anything---attention spans ZERO.
Functionally, the best body "home" for a cellcam is your non-firing hand's forearm so you can rotate it with a wrist lanyard to take pics.
No Grid, No Selfphonecam Comms
Selfphonecam COMMunications aka COMMS may be gone in a SHTF mess. Short-range FM 2-way radios aka "walkie talkies" are available with enough range to cover the 100 meters around your home. If your home is too big to talk to eachother from opposite ends behind closed doors, the radios give you internal COMMS.
I have tried the following body homes for a small radio; a loose radio is disqualified as it requires at least 1 hand to fish out of your sweatpants' pocket. Pouch carry is also disqualified because indoors you'll not be wearing tactical gear with 1" MOLLE/PALS attachment loops.

During indoor life you'll be in boxers with at the most sweats, so forget a pouch on a belt--you have no belt. Neck lanyard only works while you are standing and even then, its constantly getting in the way as a somewhat heavy object dangling from your neck. OK for lightweight badges at trade shows--not radio carry for Home Defense. No one is going to wear a hard helmet or soft cap indoors--if you want your radio there for external COMMS, add a donning step to the "Gun" procedure before "GOing"--costing at least 1 minute delay. Attach soft Velcro to your desired back location on your soft cap or hard helmet; hard Velcro to the radio back--but not over the back plate for battery exchanging. Knife drill 2x holes to lace gutted 550 paracord thru the center of the back plate; tie an overhand knot one one cord end and pull taut so only the knot shows. Lace the free paracord end thru a snaphook bottom loop so you have a dummy cord to clip to your cap or helmet as back-up if radio is pulled off the headgear's soft Velcro.
I've found the bicep radio carry is unobtrusive enough for one to wear indoors all-the-time. Obtain a cell phone bicep holder like AVIA offers and place your radio in it with a corded ear piece/microphone which you place in your desired ear with a retention ear lobe piece. Clip the mic cord PTT bulge to your nearest shoulder's t-shirt so the minimum of cord extends from the radio to the bulge allowing full range of arm movement.
You could carry the radio in a pocket on your t-shirt but most t-shirt don't have pockets.
When sleeping take care not to roll-over onto your radio bicep lest you damage it. You can instead remove the radio from your bicep and place it nest to your pillow (best pillow in-the-world is (not the mypillow.com unimaginative rectangle) the Disney Simba plush animal from The Lion King), extend the earpiece cord to your ear and sleep without worrying about crushing your radio.

Long-Term SHTF Home Defense
After the initial SHTF onset, you'll want to dress/equip for HD better than boxers, t-shirt and sweats. Remove your bicep radio and ear piece, don your HD uniform which should have a 1" or 2" tall nametape saying "HOME DEFENSE" on it as well as your plate carrier in the larger letters, return radio to your bicep or re-configure to soft or hard headgear carry using Velcro but backed by gutted 550 paracord for retention if radio is pulled away from the soft velcro on the head gear.
So far, I've had my radio on for several days and its still over 90% battery charged. Having extra AAA batteries to exchange for ones needing a charge is a must.

If you are one of the people that have geared up for a worst-case scenario, you need to start turning your attention to drawing attention AWAY from your home base. If/when conditions deteriorate; you need to protect your family, your stock, and your way of life.
Your next purchases should serve to safeguard your home and make it into a fortress. Here are 9 ways to stop rioters, looters, and thieves in their tracks.
1. Fortify the Entrances
Trade your wooden doors for steel ones. Invest in deadbolt locks. Swap standard strike plates for those with enhanced security. Be sure that fence gates, garage doors, and sheds are all visibly padlocked.
And this should go without saying, but always lock your doors.
2. Use Landscaping to Your Benefit
Common advice is to keep landscaping low and minimal so that you can spot perpetrators as they approach, but the landscaping you select can work even more in your favor.
Choosing bushes or trees with thorns for beneath your windows can make entry painful for uninvited guests, as well as blocking them from seeing what you have inside.
3. Install Fencing

Just say no to bright colors and elaborate exterior upgrades to your home.
Don’t draw attention to your home or broadcast your level of income. Stay well within the average appearance of the neighborhood.
If you drive an expensive or flashy car, park it inside a garage.
6. Be Aware of What’s Visible Through Your Windows
Walk around your home and look in the windows: what do you see? If electronics or expensive art are clearly visible, you will quickly become a target for anyone browsing.
Rearrange as best you can, and invest in blackout curtains or shutters that you close each night.
7. Install Motion-Sensor Lighting
Especially near exterior doors and windows, install motion-sensor floodlighting to deter anyone from getting too close.
8. Be Prepared to Board Up
Pre-cut and label plywood that will fit over all of your windows so that you can easily board up in times of unrest.
Keep the plywood accessible and organized, along with the supplies you’ll need to install it.
9. Add Spray Paint to Your Tool Kit
When the time comes to board up your windows and doors, your house will appear vacant to anyone on the outside. Leave them a message: “Looters will be shot” is direct and to the point.
Planning for the worst is about more than making sure your family has food and water; it’s also about defending your home from those who want your food and water. Reinforce your home to make it impenetrable so that it is truly your haven when SHTF.
