The Wear-N-Write (WNW) came with 2x small dry erase pens--one was dried-out. Leaving 1 in the so-called, "Never-lose-it" clip. Then I lost "it". Uggh.
I failed to DUMMY CORD the dry erase pen that came with the WNW--and lost it.

Got WNW-Compatible, Small Dry Erase Pens?
Question: Is the marker refillable, or available separately so that if it runs out it can be replaced with a similarly sized marker?
Answer: The pen lasts a long time but is not refillable. I picked up a pack of markers at Staples that can be used with the white board.

I have found similar sized markers in arts and crafts stores as well on the Internet. The marker is not refillable but it is just a standard miniature generic expo style dry erase marker.

It comes with 2 markers. I don't think they can be refilled and I haven't tried any other markers on it but I believe most dry erase markers will work.

DIY FIDO-Make Small Dry Erase Pen for WNW
Dry erase pen too long...
I messaged the WNW seller requesting a GIDO ability to buy new small dry erase pens and hinted that they should be dummy-corded for us, dummies.
Until then...
After frustrating hours looking for the lost dry erase pen in my front yard (I know stupid being out there wearing WNW without the dry erase pen dummy-corded; hey! I AM THE INFANTry!)...
I found a not-so-small dry erase pen and found industrial-strength adhesive Velcro would NOT STICK to the WNW's oily-rubber body. I moved the dummy cord so it went through the WNW's back slot and overhand-knotted its end. Mechanical retention always better than adhesive retention, anyway.
The other 550 paracord overhand knot went to the end of the Field eXpedient dry erase pen held by a wrap of soft Velcro that doubles as an eraser for whatever you write on the WNW's mini board.
They're HERE! the Perfect Dry Erase Pens Arrived!
I applied the Fx dummy-cord technique to the properly-sized, dry erase pens..
