SpyTHINK 008: ModelVISION! from Gummy Candy?
ModelVISION! is a very important skill--the U.K. was saved by a ship model with metal plating convincing the king to do this to his real-life ships resulting in them being faster in battle than the only-wooden French ships...go to major military air shows and trade convention and there's models galore there!
One of the pitfalls of plastic models is they collect dust all over them and thus don't look as nice as when you built them unless you hire a housekeeper like TV's Hazel to constantly dust them off...which can damage them...
Or...you can cover them in clear display cases!
Clear plastic display cases are expensive and you may not be able to afford them.
THE GOOD NEWS is if you look carefully a lot of the food you buy comes in clear plastic containers that can be used as model display cases if you carefully clean them up and slowly peel off their product description labels.
The Zachary family of soft gummy candies come in an AMAZING 6.5" diameter round clear plastic cases! 3" tall, these cases can be fitted with a round cardboard covered with model railroad grass or sand using Elmer's white school glue or kept clear. A circular mirror bottom to reflect can be made by carefully smoothing aluminum foil to remove wrinkles and placing it on the bottom piece.
